Resurrection of Our Lord Council 13701
The Financial Secretary handles all of the financial transaction record keeping. This includes issuing and collecting bills, issuing membership cards, etc. The Financial Secretary is appointed by the Supreme Knight and is compensated in a manner approved by the Board of Directors. His jewel is the Quill Pen (record-keeper) and the Key (money, safe-keeping, and secrecy) crossed and is suspended from a white over yellow ribbon. This symbolizes his record keeping functions of the financial matters of the Council. The Financial Secretary's ceremonial officer robe is black, trimmed with black. He wears a white cincture with silver fringe.

Brothers Knights,
With another period of membership dues collected, I am happy to report that with a few exceptions, we are done with this very tedious and annoying task until the end of the 2014 calendar year.
I say, “with a few exceptions,” because unfortunately there are still a few members who for whatever reason have not yet paid their 2013-2014 membership dues.

Our July 2014 Semi-annual Audit has been successfully completed. So our council’s financial records are in good shape for the start of another Fraternal year.
